Return Period

You may return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Unused and Unworn: The item must be in its original, unused condition. It must not show signs of wear, use, or alteration.
  • Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging, including any tags, certificates, and other accessories that came with it.
  • Within 14 Days: The return must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. After this time frame, we may not be able to accept the return unless otherwise stated.

If the item does not meet the conditions for return, we may not be able to process it. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact our customer service team for guidance.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, it will be carefully inspected to confirm that it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 5 business days to the original payment method used.

Please note that it can take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank’s processing times. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

In the event that your return does not meet the required conditions, we will notify you and may offer an alternative solution, such as an exchange or store credit.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or there was an error in the fulfillment of the order. If your item qualifies for a return due to one of these reasons, Shimmer Radiance will cover the cost of return shipping.

For your convenience, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned goods without tracking.

How to Return an Item

Returning an item is easy. Simply follow the steps below to initiate your return:

  3. Prepare the Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging to ensure it arrives back to us in good condition. Include any certificates, boxes, or documentation that originally came with the item.
  4. Ship the Item: Return the item to the address provided in your return instructions. Remember to keep your proof of shipment and tracking number for reference. We advise using a reliable and traceable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges on eligible items. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style, or design, please follow the same steps for initiating a return. Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return criteria, you can place a new order for the replacement item. The returned item must be in its original condition for an exchange to be processed.

Defective or Damaged Items

In the rare case that you receive a defective or damaged item, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Our goal is to provide you with high-quality products, and we take these issues very seriously.

To resolve the issue quickly, please do the following:

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange due to health, safety, or customization reasons. These may include:

  • Custom-Made or Personalized Items: Rings or jewelry that have been engraved, customized, or made to order based on specific preferences (e.g., size, metal choice, gemstones) are not eligible for return, unless they are defective or damaged.
